Golf Course site requires a $300 deposit to hold date and price within 7 days of confirmation
Banquet room/Patio requires a $250 deposit within 7 days of comfirmation
The customer will be held liable and responsible for any damages to The Meadows and Mace Meadow Golf & Country Club property
All prices include set up; clean up, settings, tables, chairs and coordination. Speciality items are extra
The Meadows will not be held responsible for inclement weather
All liquor and beer must be purchased from The Meadows.
All Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations of events more than 90 days prior will be subject to consideration of management. Cancellation within 60 days of event will forfeit all payment to date. Cancellations within 14 days of event forfeit all payments.
